Hello! I am so happy you're here and exploring therapy options. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings who struggled with trauma, addiction, behavioral issues, and other mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.
I believe the foundation for hope, growth, and healing starts with the therapeutic relationship I will build with you. I view you as the expert of your own experiences and will work with you to determine where you feel therapy will benefit you in your life.
